The successful applicant will be able to confidently teach independently to an Outstanding standard. The headteacher are looking for an experienced teacher to maintain and endorse the school's ethos so you must have at least 2 years' experience to apply for this role. They welcome new strategies, expect innovative teaching and learning styles. You will require exceptional behaviour management skills and experience with ability to support a higher ability class with the support of one shared teaching assistant.

To be eligible to apply for this role you will need:

* Qualified Teacher Status
* Exceptional references teaching KS1
* DBS on the update service - desirable
* To be able to provide two teaching references within the last two years
* Experience in teaching KS1 for a minimum of two years
* A positive and passionate approach to education
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Possess the ability to deliver fun and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum and standards
