Position: Midday Supervisor
Location: Dukinfield, Tameside
Hours: 11:15am to 12:30pm
Pay: £14.30 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
As a Midday Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunchtime. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, caring, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising students during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors
- Promoting positive behaviour and resolving any conflicts that may arise
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students
- Collaborating with school staff to support the overall well-being of students
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
