Tradewind are looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Modern Foreign Language (MFL) to join our very strong department. The department consists of 6 teaching staff in a newly refurbished department. This popular school is located in Bromley. The role is to start in September 2019 and will go permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified Modern Foreign Languages teacher to join the school thriving MFL department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching Spanish up to A-level (Year 11-12) and ideally a second language (French, Italian or German) to GCSE (Year 9-10). Experienced and New Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply.

The school can offer the opportunity to join a school that offers significant support for staff internally, and also benefit from support from the wider Trust on the new curriculum and raising standards. The responsibilities of this role are in line with the National Teaching Standards.
The role:
*Leadership and Management of the Subject Team
*Build and lead a high performing team
*Feel comfortable delivering interactive learning activities outside the classroom.
*Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
*Strong knowledge of the KS3 - KS5 curriculum
*Work well with staff and pupils alike
*Be motivated to get the best out of the pupils
*Have strong classroom management skills
