Job Role Requirements:
As a Music Curriculum Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team of music educators.
- Design, implement, and evaluate an innovative music curriculum.
- Foster a love for music through engaging and inclusive teaching methods.
- Coordinate and lead performances and events.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
- Qualifications and Person Specification:
To hit the right note, you should:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Possess a relevant degree in music or education.
- Have a proven track record of successful music curriculum leadership.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be dedicated to creating a positive and enriching musical environment for students.
