Tradewind are currently seeking to appoint a strong music teacher, capable of teaching KS3 and KS4 children at a high level for a school in Grimsby. This vacancy is a temporary, long term post starting in the new academic year and pay is scaled to MPS. NQTs are also welcome. Ideally, we are looking for a part time member of staff to work 2 or 3 days per week. You will be working with mixed ability years 7-11, but there may be potential for A level teaching on the timetable if you desire and have the relevant experience/subject knowledge. Experience working with SEN students is desirable, as there is potential for a nurture year 7 class in the timetable. This is not a necessity, but may be viewed favourably. Experience is less important than willingness, as training will be provided if you are ready for this.

During this role you will be working with top of the range equipment and resources, delivering outstanding lessons to an eager cohort of students, ranging in different abilities. You will be surrounded by a friendly, strong supportive staff team who are open minded and enjoy learning from one another's experiences. Additionally, the head is extremely excited to find a new starter to join his current team of teachers and looks for a professional with great initiative and enthusiasm. The academy is part of a multi academy trust that deeply cares about the creative arts. If you are willing to do lessons after school this would be willingly accepted.
