PE Teacher SEMH School Preston

Tradewind are delighted to be working with an SEMH School in Preston who are looking to appoint a dedicated PE to join a successful team of teachers. This post would suit either an NQT or an experienced teacher who is passionate about teaching PE and who is committed to helping young people achieve. The position is from September 2019 until Christmas 2019 but has the potential to be ongoing/ permanent for the right candidate.

This post offers the opportunity to teach PE across KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 whilst contributing to the thriving extra-curricular programme of the school. The school are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic teacher who has experience of supporting all Primary and Secondary age groups. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure that the lessons they deliver are of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches, ensuring that the students are having fun whilst making progress!

You must have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with UK Teaching experience. This will allow you to deliver the National Curriculum and be properly equipped to deal with classroom management. You will be committed to raising standards and have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
