Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Photographic Technician to work in a secondary school in Hackney. This is a full-time tole to start ASAP, 5 days per week role (Term Time only) until October HT initially.

In this role you will be required to:

*Develop and process film
*Process photographic negatives
*Retouch and enlarge photos
*obtain hard copies from digital film.
*checking and maintaining equipment

The successful candidates would:
*to be thorough and pay attention to detail
*the ability to work on your own
*patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
*the ability to work well with others
*to be flexible and open to change
*knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
*customer service skills
*excellent verbal communication skills
*to be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

This mixed secondary school is a high achieving, vibrant, diverse and inclusive. In the heart of hackney the school works closely with the surrounding community. The school is located in North Hackney and is a 20 min walk from the mainline station. Although there is a large school carpark should you wish to drive and several direct bus links.
