Tradewind are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic PPA Primary Teacher in the heart of Camden to start April 2024. The school is modern, welcoming, and graded 'OUTSTANDING' by Ofsted (2023).

If you are an experienced and hard-working primary teacher, we would love to hear from you! The school are looking for someone to join their team after April Easter Holidays 2024, and interview/trial this side of holiday break.

How you will work as a PPA Teacher.

A PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) Teacher in the UK is a substitute teacher when other teachers are training or unwell.

The main purpose of a PPA Teacher is to ensure strong engagement and learning, in the case of the main class teacher being absent. As a PPA teacher you will not have your own class but instead move between classes and year groups when required.

In addition to covering absent teachers. PPA Teachers will also have dedicated time for planning lessons and preparing teaching materials.
