Position: Primary PPA Teacher Location: Hounslow, Outer London Type: Full-time
As a Primary PPA Teacher, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of primary schools in Hounslow, providing cover for planned absences and PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for class teachers. This role offers a great opportunity to experience different school environments, year groups, and teaching styles, making it perfect for those who enjoy variety and flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across different subjects and year groups.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Following the school's curriculum and ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and support staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work well as part of a team.
- Passion for providing engaging and effective education.
Salary: The salary for this position is paid on a scale, based on Outer London rates, ranging from £32,407 to £43,193. Your specific salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
