Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with an Ofsted graded 'Outstanding' school in the Bexley area who are seeking two experienced Key Stage 2 Teachers to start with them on a full-time basis for the new school year September 2020. The role will involve teaching a Year 3 or 5 class, as part of a three form entry staff team. Competitive salary available in line with main pay scale, dependent upon experience (MPS 1-6 Outer London - £28355 - £44541).

The school is based in the London Borough of Bexley, and the headteacher is proud of its' community of over 390 pupils and 46 staff; academic standards are improving year on year and the school are committed to developing the quality of their teaching and the school environment even further.

The school are looking for a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher who can demonstrate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
The ability and willingness to actively support the aims and ethos of the school.
The ability to plan and deliver lessons throughout Key Stage 2
The ability to respond sensitively to the individual needs of pupils, staff and the wider community
An up to date knowledge of curriculum issues and the primary education sector, with a high commitment to quality teaching and learning
The ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people, including those with challenging behaviour
The ability to work under pressure and to maintain a sense of balance and humour.

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
