Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and stimulating curriculum that promotes academic achievement and personal development
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching practice and contribute to school improvement
- Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting respect, kindness, and a love for learning in all aspects of school life
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting preferred
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development and self-improvement
