Tradewind are currently looking to recruit a Year 2 Teacher to work full time at a wonderful Primary School in the South Manchester area.

*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school:

Tradewind are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Year 2 Teacher for a 'Outstanding' Primary school in South Manchester. This is a 1-form entry school whose mission is to ensure that every child is given the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

The school has a large outdoor space together with the latest IT in every classroom. All classes are equipped with an interactive whiteboard and every child has access to an iPad.

The school is based in South Manchester and is situated within a 10-minute walk of one of the main bus routes which connects South Manchester to the City Centre. There is also ample parking on site and on the streets surrounding the school

About the role:

This school is a 2-form entry 'Outstanding' Primary School and they are looking for a qualified and experienced Year 2 Teacher who can add value and bring fresh ideas to their already successful Key Stage 1 team

-Year 2 Teacher required from September 2019 for a maternity position for 3 full terms.
-Responsibility of planning, parent's evenings and extracurricular activities within the Year 2 group
-An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school in the South Manchester area.
-A 2-form entry Primary School with a stable team and a very supportive and forward-thinking Head teacher. This role also has the potential to go beyond the maternity post. The Head teacher is always looking for strong members of staff. There could be an offer of a more permanent role at the school should you be successful in the maternity post.
