We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.
Job Description: As a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students by delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite a love for learning. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that nurtures the individual talents and abilities of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation and independent learning.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education to all students.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a reflective approach to teaching and learning.
- Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
