Tradewind is currently supporting a mainstream primary school in the heart of Bedfordshire who requires a talented individual to join their team in the next academic year. They are ideally looking for a teacher with KS2 experience and can offer flexibility on the year group offered for the teacher who is appointed.

* Primary Teacher - KS2

* MPS - Paid to scale

* Located on the outskirts of Bedford.

* £150 to £180 per day based on experience.

* Temporary to Permanent route

* Interviews arrange for the right person asap.

This supportive School based in Bedfordshire is on journey to raise standards and is looking for practitioners who have a real passion for seeing pupils thrive. The school caters for the local area, which is diverse, multi-cultural and requires Teachers who can inspire children.

The curriculum is delivered using a thematic approach to study. Themes are adapted, improved, and changed regularly to ensure there is a fresh approach to learning. • (QTS) Qualified Teacher Status.
• Assess, track, and report on the pupil's attainment and personal development.
• Encourage pupils engage with learning through targeted questioning.
• Establish positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.
• Committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure or willing to complete one.
• Able to provide references and fully register with tradewind.
• Has the right to work in the U.K.
• Live locally or willing to relocate/commute.
