Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an experienced Pupil Support Assistant looking for your next role in Doncaster?
We are seeking a full time Pupil Support Assistant to start in September 2019 on a long-term basis for the academic year and beyond. There is potential for this to turn into a permanent position. The salary will range from £12,081 - £15,900.
The school is a large, thriving primary school with a 'Good' Ofsted report. It is a friendly school based in a suburban area of Doncaster. They celebrate working with families from a wide variety of backgrounds and faiths. They provide a full, balanced and varied curriculum that encourages every child to participate and succeed. They are fortunate to have a dynamic, dedicated and passionate team of teachers and support staff with an inspirational head. The school is easily accessible with several bus links and free parking onsite.
They are looking for a fantastic Pupil Support Assistant who can provide support on a 1:1 and small group basis for students of a primary school age range. The successful Pupil Support Assistant will assist in delivering a balanced curriculum to students needing additional help. They will help create a stimulating environment in which pupils can excel. The Pupil Support Assistant will be working with a wide range of SEN. There will be a focus on boosting attainment within Numeracy and Literacy.
Upon visiting the school, Tradewind were impressed with the warm welcome by all members of staff at the school. The excellent behaviours of the pupils really stand out. It was great to see the fantastic school grounds with extensive fields surrounding the school building.
Essential requirements:
Proven Pupil Support Assistant experience in a primary school setting, Teaching Assistant qualification desirable, prior experience with a range of SEN, legal right to work in the UK
