We are currently working on behalf of one of our secondary schools in St Helens who are looking to recruit a candidate to work in their Reprographics room on temporary basis.
The hours will be 8am - 3.30pm, 5 days per week to start ASAP. There can be flexibility around these hours for the right candidate.
Training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
To provide confidential, high quality, efficient and comprehensive administrative support including the preparation of documents and reports to whole school departments
- To make bulk copies of printed material, for example, documents and booklets.
- To schedule, monitor and organise the flow of job requests to the Reprographics Department ensuring all work is produced within necessary time frames.
- To undertake administrative tasks when required
You will require:
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
Experience working in an office environment will be helpful
Empathetic outlook
Full and complete 10-year career history
Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
Legal right to work in the UK
