Residential Support Worker

The typical Shift are 7am-7pm / 7pm to 7am. There are both Sleeping and waking night shifts available. The provision is located rurally ideal for those who have there own means of transport.

Day and Night workers required.

The role:

Create, enthuse & promote a safe place for young people to grow socially. Young people who attend are very vulnerable patients and care is essential. The will be elements challenging behaviour resilience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the creation and implementation of activities, visits and workshops.
Building good rapport and liaising with internal and external staff.
Administration tasks including Recording and Documenting.
Aiding household tasks including cleaning, cooking.


Requirments
Full UK Driving licence
Must be 18 or over to be considered.
Outgoing personality
NVQ level 3 in Children and young people (preferred not essential)
Hold Legal right to work in the UK
DBS- Child & Adult
Full CV with gaps in employments explained.
