Location: Liverpool - Secondary School

Hours: Monday to Thursday 2pm-7pm/ Friday 3pm-8pm - you will be required to cover occasional holidays which will be a morning shifts 7.15am to 12.15pm

Duration: ASAP - Ongoing into Summer Holidays

Hourly Rate: £13.09 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Perform general caretaking duties including opening/closing buildings, porterage, room set-ups, litter picking, minor repairs, allowing entry to hirers and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Conduct minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed, promptly reporting any major issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a secure environment for all occupants.
• Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes or additional tasks as required.
• During school holidays, hours will be between 8am and 4pm to be arranged with Site Manager.

Requirements:

• Must have a current enhanced DBS including child disclosure is mandatory.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional shift changes.
• While prior experience in a school setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
