Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a secondary school located in the borough of Southwark in recruiting an experienced School Caretaker for an immediate start.

Interested applicants must have worked as a School Caretaker and have at least 2 years' experience. Our client is looking for someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative, who is reliable, adaptable, hardworking, proactive with a good attitude. This potentially is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate

You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the school grounds and building, minor maintenance repairs such as, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting/Glazing, Cleaning and Health and Safety.

The hours of work are between 8.00am - 4.00pm
The daily pay rate is £14.00 per hour.
Lunch 30 minutes Lunch
5 days per week
