HR Administrator (School HR Experience)
Salary: £14.50 to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Long-term
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Location: Hillingdon

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR processes specific to the school environment, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion
• Collaborate with school leadership to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Provide support in addressing HR-related queries and managing employee relations
• Assist in organising and facilitating professional development sessions for staff
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in HR administration, particularly within an educational setting
• In-depth knowledge of school HR policies and procedures
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite
