About Us: We are a leading education agency dedicated to connecting talented professionals with rewarding opportunities in schools. Currently, we are working on behalf of a reputable Secondary School in Hillingdon that is seeking a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities: As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in Science classes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Science teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional assistance.
- Assisting with practical experiments and laboratory work.
- Supporting students in their understanding of scientific concepts.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in a Science-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for supporting students' learning and development.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
