About the School - Lead Practitioner of Science - Enfield, North London
Located in the leafy outer London borough of Enfield, this well-run school that is steeped in tradition and excellence is looking to appoint a new Lead Practitioner of Science on a permanent basis from January. This exciting position is a strategically important post that will play a large role in both the development of staff and the school. With a major focus on raising teaching standards in the science department and wider school the post holder will be supporting the school as it aims to become an Ofsted 'Outstanding' School. This school has good behaviour, increasing attainment and pupils who aim to go to top U.K universities so the schools ambitions and aims are achievable with a committed member of staff!

Role requirements - Lead Practitioner of Science - Enfield, North London
*Minimum of 3 years teaching experience with the ability to teach consistently 'Good or better lessons.
*The ability to teach science through to A-level.
*Ideally some experience of helping staff to develop or at least the desire and personality to do this.
*Open to taking on further training and development, including the SSAT Lead Practitioner course.
