Are you an inspirational Science Teacher looking for a new role from September?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Science Teacher to join a welcoming team from September. The school are able to consider NQT's (Newly Qualified Teachers) or those with experience as additional responsibilities can be offered. With an experienced department already in place, Chemistry, Biology or Physics specialists can be considered.

Although a progressive school with relatively new Academy status, the Headteacher has high aspirations and has demonstrated effective leadership since joining in 2016. Following a short inspection by Ofsted, the school has been graded as 'Good' with the Headteacher's 'clear vision for the school's development' being particularly noted. The plans in place to support the vision and safeguarding was also noted as a real strength.

The successful Science Teacher will be:
A Teacher who has a genuine passion for their subject and can inspire their pupils.
A creative Technology teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
Someone who is up to date on the Science Curriculum and can confidently teach up to KS4.
Able to make effective assessments to plan for the next step in the pupils' development.
A reliable professional and an excellent communicator who can build relationships with all pupils.

To join us and be successful in this Science Teacher role you will need to:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
