This modern, well designed academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Science Technician to join their supportive and collaborative science team. You will work alongside the teaching staff of the Science Faculty across the school to provide an excellent science curriculum for our students.

We are looking for a professional with

a flexible and positive "can do" approach
experience of working within a busy science laboratory
excellent organisation and time management skills
an enthusiasm for science education and working with students
experience in Physics and/or Chemistry (desirable)

To join this successful and integral department in September you will need to
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
You will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
