About the Role - Science Teacher (Second in Charge) - Lambeth, Inner London

This is a pivotal position at this well-run school that is only open to experienced Science Teachers who have taught across key stage 3 to 5. For this role you must possess outstanding subject knowledge and strong behaviour management skills.
The successful Science Teacher will be able to confidently support colleagues within the team through relevant feedback and sharing best practice. The development of staff and the delivery of lessons is a major focus for the school so those who can encourage confidence while supporting development in a sensitive manor will be best suited to this role.
This second in charge position is open to those already in a similar role and experienced Science teachers looking to take the next step in their career.
The school is offering this post as a permanent role on the teachers' pay scale with a substantial TLR and academy bonus.
