The Role - Secondary Teaching Assistant - Harrow, North West London:
*This Secondary Teaching Assistant role will see you supporting students with mild special education needs and other individual learning needs across the curriculum in KS3 and KS4
*You will support class teachers by working with individual students, differentiating lesson plans when required, and ensuring your students stay focussed and engaged in their learning
*You will also plan, prepare and deliver individual and small group intervention sessions on certain areas of the curriculum to ensure that there is consistent progression and development
*This position will particularly suit experienced Secondary Teaching Assistants seeking their next opportunity or recent graduates eager to gain classroom experience before commencing their teacher training
