Are you an experienced and compassionate educator ready to make a significant impact on the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting long-term temporary role in Bristol.
Position: SEMH Teacher Location: Bristol, Alternative Secondary Provision School Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Duration: Until at least July, likely to end in contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 03:30 PM (Early finish on Fridays). Will consider part time teachers.

Your Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will be a key figure in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEMH needs. Your role involves engaging with students, providing patient guidance, and ensuring their active participation in their educational journey.
We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience working in a similar setting is preferred.
* Alternatively, experience in a challenging Secondary School setting will be considered.
* A calm and caring demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
* Patience, resilience, and the desire to foster student engagement in learning.
