We are currently seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to provide crucial support to a student with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to a Year 3 student with SEMH requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to the student's development.
- Implement individualised strategies to address the student's behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the student's academic and emotional progress.
Entry Requirements:
- Possession of a clean DBS certificate.
- Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is advantageous but not essential.
