Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate seamlessly with teachers to deliver targeted special needs interventions.

- Step in confidently to cover classes in the absence of the teacher, adapting to diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

- Hold a Level 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or be a qualified Unqualified Teacher (UQT).

- Demonstrate prior experience working with special needs in primary school settings.

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in adapting to diverse learning needs.

- Display a positive and proactive attitude towards special needs intervention.

- Showcase the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Exhibit a genuine passion for education and helping children with special needs reach their potential.

- Hold a valid DBS or be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.

- Provide a comprehensive CV with clear explanations for any employment breaks.

- Possess the legal right to work in the UK.
