Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive environment? Tradewind Recruitment have an opportunity for a dedicated SEN Nursery Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant primary school in Gants Hill, Redbridge from April 2024.

SEN Nursery Learning Support Assistant - Role Overview:

• Provide general support to children with SEN throughout the nursery class.
• Offer one-to-one support to a specific child, aiding their progress and enhancing their learning experience.
• Full time, 5 days per week - term time only
• Competitive starting rate of £90-95 per day.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development
• Full-time position during term time only, with hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications Required:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in supporting children with SEN.
