We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic SEN Support Worker to join a specialist setting in Lincoln supporting students with a range of Special Educational needs.

As SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be an inspiring role model, you shall have previous experience in a similar role possessing transferable skills and a confident and positive approach, demonstrating care, patience and understanding towards young children. If you have a genuine passion to ensure each student strives to reach their full potential whilst working in a stunning setting this is an ideal role for you.

The position will be working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils. The roles will begin as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. The school has lots on on site parking and is easily accessible via car.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for learning..
*Experience of working with SEN
*Confident in their ability to stay calm and defuse challenging situations
*The ability to build good working relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers.
*Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly children on the Autism Spectrum.
*The ability to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential.
