Our school, managed by Tradewind Recruitment, is hiring an SEN Teaching Assistant to join us after April half term. This is a full-time position focusing on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), 5 days per week. Your working hours will be from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, ensuring you are present during key learning moments.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in our school community. Your duties will include:

• Providing support and guidance to early years students with complex needs
• Assisting in the development and implementation of individualised education plans
• Collaborating with teachers and specialists to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills
• Tracking progress and providing feedback to the SENCO, teachers, and parents
• Encouraging self-regulation and responsibility in their learning journey
• Making learning enjoyable and creative to reignite their passion for education
