Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, Central London

Salary: £85 - £100 + per day (experience dependant)

We proudly represent an exceptional Secondary School located in Hammersmith and Fulham, Central London, and they are in search of a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This position is available for September for one academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in diverse classroom settings.
Contribute significantly to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Collaborate closely with teaching colleagues and the SENCO to implement personalized support plans for students.
Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow educators.
Contribute to the academic and personal growth of SEN students.

Requirements:

While prior experience in a school setting as a Teaching Assistant is preferred, it's not mandatory.
A genuine passion for assisting students with SEN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and work harmoniously within a team.
Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive school environment.
