The School are currently recruiting for two experienced SEN teaching assistants to work in year 2 supporting children who have speech, language and communication difficulties/delay.

Both roles will involve working with SEN pupils in Year 2 on a on a 1-1 basis as well as some literacy and maths interventions work with small groups of pupils in KS1. The headteacher is keen to appoint SEN teaching assistants who have previous experience supporting children with speech, language and communication difficulties/delay.

The roles are due to start after the Easter break from 16th April 2019 on a long-term basis 5 day per week. Hours are 8.30am - 4pm. The school will be trialling potential candidates ASAP so please do not delay getting in contact!

The school is looking for SEN teaching assistants who:

*Have previous experience in a primary school
*Good experience supporting children with SEN who have communication difficulties
*Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, although this is not essential
*Commitment to the school and open to development
*Strong communication skills
