A wonderful all-through SEN school is looking for a tough yet nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive. This will be a full time, long-term position starting in May with a view to continuing into next academic year.

You will be supporting a mixed KS3 class of Year 7 to Year 9 students with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties. You will be aiding student learning predominately within the classroom on a 1:1 basis however, you will also be working collaboratively as part of a team of 3 Teaching Assistants supporting the class as a whole.

Based in Harrow, the all through SEN school provides education for students aged 5 to 19 years old with Autism and associated Learning Difficulties. The school apply a holistic approach to learning and work closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists to bring the best out of students. The school take pride in providing mainstream education to students through the national curriculum. The school is easily accessible by public transport with many local shops and amenities close by.
