Our vibrant school in Tower Hamlets, in partnership with Tradewind Recruitment, is seeking a passionate individual to join our team after April half term. This is a long-term role, 5 days per week, dedicated to supporting students with Autism as the primary SEN. Your daily hours will be from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during the school day.

As an integral part of our community, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners. Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one support for students with Autism.
• Assisting teachers in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Supporting students during classroom activities and transitions.
• Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to create a tailored learning experience.
