Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting KS1/KS2 pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis * Ensuring the safety and welfare of all children under your supervision * Collaborating with colleagues to create an engaging, secure, and nurturing learning environment

The competitive daily pay for this role ranges from £76 to £85, depending on experience. This position is available immediately, offering both part-time and full-time options, with the opportunity for extension beyond the academic year.

About You:

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional proficiency and competence as a Teaching Assistant, including:

* Supporting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and maintaining a positive atmosphere * Providing tailored assistance to students with learning difficulties to ensure full comprehension of the curriculum * Assisting in lesson preparation, including setting up equipment and organising resources * Building positive relationships with students based on trust and mutual respect * Collaborating effectively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices

Essential Requirements:

Strong references confirming previous experience in KS1/KS2 roles A comprehensive CV detailing the last 10 years of employment history with explanations for any gaps Eligibility to work in the UK All applicants will undergo thorough reference checks and an enhanced DBS check.
