As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of children with special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored educational activities.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

- Patient, empathetic, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of students and the school environment.
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to the well-being and progress of every child.
- Ideally, have previous experience working in a similar role or a relevant qualification (though training can be provided for the right candidate)
