School administrator

• Full time role, 8am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday
• Work on a busy school office / reception
• Responsible for managing front of house

Are you a well presented & confident professional with admin / reception experience? Tradewind are working with a school in the South Sheffield area seeking a school administrator and Receptionist to manage all front of house duties.

You will be responsible for answering the phone and dealing promptly with any issues and queries and escalating those to the correct members of staff. You will also be responsible for dealing with parents on a day to day basis and escorting pupils who arrive late to their classrooms.

You will manage and record all deliveries into school as well as ensuring that any visitors are appropriately signed into the building in line with Health & Safety and Safeguarding guidance.

Previous experience working in a school office or reception would be beneficial to this role, including experience working with SIMs software though candidates with experience within any reception setting would also be considered.

Pay £70.00 - £85.00 per day dependant of experience.
