Role Overview: As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, supporting students with Special Educational Needs. Your role will involve working closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Understanding of various SEN conditions and the ability to adapt support strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with diverse needs.
