Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teacher Assistants to join our team. As a Supply Teacher Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in various educational settings, supporting teachers and students in their learning journey. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different school environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students with their learning, providing one-on-one assistance when needed.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities.
- Supervise students during class time, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives.
- Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are advantageous but not essential.
