Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, mark, and deliver engaging English lessons for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the English department and school community.
• Uphold high standards of teaching and learning, inspiring students to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching English at the secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to effectively differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for education and supporting student progress.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school environment.

Salary:

• Pay will be to scale, equating to a daily rate of between £153.85 and £211.96 per day.
