Tradewind are recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic secondary Teaching Assistant in Alderley Edge.
Location: Alderley Edge
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay: £85 - £95 per day
Start Date: ASAP

About the role:
- Provide classroom support to students
- Assist with managing classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies
- Offer 1:1 support to students with diverse learning needs
- Provide pastoral care and support as required
Requirements:
- Previous children-based work experience, ideally as a teaching assistant or in an education setting
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one)
- CV with a full education and work history
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles
- Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
- Understanding of the UK Schools curriculum
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
