Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will assume a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process within the school. Your responsibilities will encompass aiding the class teacher, delivering one-on-one assistance to students, and fostering a constructive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with children in a formal or informal capacity is a prerequisite.
A valid and up-to-date DBS certificate registered on the update service is required.
A sincere passion for education and a determination to have a positive influence on students' lives.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
The capability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, assisting the class teacher and cooperating with other staff members.
Strong behaviour management skills would be highly desirable for the role.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students, supporting them with their learning tasks.
Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom conduct.
Contribute to the development of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Aid in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Provide feedback and report on student progress to the class teacher.
Support students with extra needs or learning challenges, customizing activities to cater to their specific needs.
Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Remuneration: The remuneration for this position ranges from £85.00 to £100.00 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
