A Leicester based Primary School with an excellent Ofstead grading, and easily accessible via public transport are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a key stage 1 class and Teacher. This will be a long term position and the days may vary from 2 - 4 days per week.

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to a key stage 1 setting
• Provide support to a small group of students to promote learning
• Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment and be supportive
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement educational strategies for child development
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support alongside the Teacher
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed within School hours
