Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! We are looking for an excellent, hardworking, and adaptable Teaching Assistant to work in short-term/long-term roles in North Yorkshire. This opportunity will give the ideal candidate a chance to explore different settings from small schools to larger schools, aswell as SEND units.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting to individual learning styles.
- General TA duties such as monitoring class behaviour, encouraging students to participate, and assisting the teacher.
- Leading interventions in reading.
- Using creative and engaging activities to support students understanding of different subjects/topics.
- Follow Safeguarding/behavioural policies set by the school.

The pay for this role is: £80 - £95.
