Key Responsibilities:

📝 Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

📝 Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.

📝 Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL).

Requirements:

🔍 Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting.

🔍 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

🔍 Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people.

🔍 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from teaching staff.

🔍 Relevant qualifications or training in education or related fields (desirable but not essential).
