About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy is a meticulously designed programme offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll support a designated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Birmingham.
Your Responsibilities
During your first year, you'll:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Produce professional CV profiles for client marketing.
- Increase candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams.
- Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager.
- Earn commission for your contributions every step of the way.
Support and Mentorship
