About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy is meticulously crafted to provide comprehensive training, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll support a designated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Birmingham.
Your Responsibilities
During your inaugural year, you'll:
Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions. Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing. Boost candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams. Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager. Earn commission for your contributions every step of the way.
Support and Mentorship
