Job Opportunity: KS1 and Lower KS2 HLTA

Join a dynamic team at a large school in Wembley, London, where you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journey. This temporary to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step into the world of teaching. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher, delivering engaging lessons, and nurturing the academic and personal development of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth.
• Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school community.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with teaching responsibilities and eager to develop teaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant experience or qualifications in education (desirable but not essential).
